This site has been set up by g320, a group of small housing associations working in London.

The aim is to promote and share good practice amongst those small but beautiful associations providing a range of housing and care services in the capital, and indeed across the country.

We hope that as it develops it will become a valuable source of information and support for all small social landlords. So please browse through this site and let us have your feedback so that we can (in line with Best Value) continually improve both its style and content.

g320 has launched a Collaborative Working register open to associations wishing to confidentially lodge their details with solicitors Russell-Cooke with a view to working with others wishing to start on closer collaborative working or possible joint operation.
